Mother’s Day brownie slab ingredients:
Caster sugar, butter (milk, salt), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), free range eggs, wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin (b3), thiamin (b1)), salt;
Milk chocolate ganache: milk chocolate: sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, whey powder (milk), anhydrous milk fat, whole milk powder, emulsifiers: lecithins (soya), polyglycerol polyricinoleate, flavouring; cream (milk); Mini white hearts: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Mini dark hearts: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavouring.
Red glitter: Colours (E171 Titanium Dioxide, E129* Allura Red AC). E129* may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain traces of cereals including gluten, nuts, milk, sesame seeds, soy, wheat.
